Generalized MGT Heat Transfer Model for an Electro-Thermal Microbeam Lying on a Viscous-Pasternak Foundation with a Laser Excitation Heat Source

In this study, the effects of laser light on heat transfer a thin beam heated by an applied current and voltage are investigated. Laser heating pulses simulated as endogenous sources with discrete temporal properties. The conduction equation is developed using energy conservation modified Moore–Gibson–Thompson (MGT) flow vector. Thermal structural analysis Euler–Bernoulli microbeams provided support visco-Pasternak’s base three parameters. Using Laplace transform method, approximation analytical solution found for field variables being examined. A comparison was made impacts pulse length, foundation coefficients, thermal parameters responses to changes in measured thermophysical fields, such deflection temperature.
